Sudden Sudden

I was in the market looking for a big screen LCD TV n Gaming console to go with it! I had been doing lots of research on my computer to find the best deal for about 6months. I wanted a TV with internet connectivity for streaming YouTube and live tvshow from internet and something that will support Divx movies format. After reading millions of reviews and personal visit to best buy and video only I finally found a tv which has all the features that I want for a reasonable price It was sony lcd tv and a ps3 to play my blue rays. I found a good deal for both online and thanks to bing.com tiger direct I dint pay for tax and shipping, I even got a 10% cash back on my purchase(I have not get it still) I was really excited about my purchaser and I can’t wait to watch my new tv and my ps3.

Today May 26^th was the delivery date for my tv and unfortunately I had to work, so as I was driving to work this morning I got a call from the deliver guy @10:47AM he confirmed my address and I told him my brother will be home to receive the TV. I couldn’t wait to get back home and stream YouTube on my big screen.

Finally I got off work at 5:20 and as I got in my car I had this gut feeling…what if I don’t make it home.. ? What if something happens on the way..? it was really strange for me to have this feeling. Then later I laughed at myself and kept driving, the traffic was really bad even on the express lane, and for some reason I was driving with the flow( which I never do) and just as I was merging from express lane to I5 N, (right after exit 173 North Gate) I heard a breaking of a car behind me and as soon as I heard the car breaking I kind of mentally prepared myself for anything unexpected and I looked at the rear view mirror and Gosh I saw the car come toward me and BANG I got hit at 60MPH my heart started to beat really fast and a sudden adrenaline rush, scanned my body with goose pimples. With traffic on both sides of the lane I somehow manage to drive to the shoulders and I put on my blinker, I switched off my car and then I noticed I was bleeding on my fingers ( I still don’t know how that happened) but I knew I was fine and then I came out from the car and the guy who hit me parked behind me and I asked him if he was ok!!Then I looked at my car, the rear bumper had broke, bent, scratched and dislocated on the right side and his car was badly smashed on the front Then I immediately called the cops and I got a response saying it will be 10 min before a state trooper will show up to access the accident or she also said if you guys are not hurt then you can do a mutual agreement.I said ok and chose option No2 and I asked the guy (by the way his name is Steve) Steve if he had insurance and all the good stuff for his car.? Luckily he had it so we exchanged information and phone number, and he said he will fix my car and he even suggested few body shops near my area. He sounded like a honest guy so I trusted him!! At this point I thought to myself I know something like this was going to happen!!

Then I got back on my car and I was driving home really slow with my music on and after 15 min I reached home. After I parked my car I took a look at my injured finger and put on a bandage and came home Ta Ta Da there was my new TV with my ps3 slim I totally forgot about the accident and I started exploring my tv. I connecting it to my computer, hooked it up to my ps3 streamed YouTube, saw all my pic on big screen and then I saw a Divx movie clips on1080p. During this time I totally forgot about what had happened on the way. I felt really strange I had this cognitive dissonance of happy and sad from jumping from one extreme emotion to another in a span of 20min.
